A: Kobold Shop is run by Niccy & Sushi! Long time creatives with deep roots in the furry fandom.

Q: Who makes all the art for the products? 🎨

A: Nearly all of our art is produced by Niccy, unless stated otherwise on the product page. All art is original, and made by real internet animals.

Q: Where are you based? 🌎

A: We operate out of The United Kingdom! 🇬🇧 However, we have working deals with warehouses all over the world - so we can ship products anywhere!

Q: How do you produce all the physical goods you sell? 🐾

A: Kobold Shop is a hybrid web store. What we mean by this is that some items are self-sourced & self-produced, some are printed by our manufacturing partner and then listed by us.

Q: Why not produce everything in house? 🦊

A: The reason for this is that we’re a very small business (only two people!), and this is the only way we could make the large variety of product types that we offer a reality - financially & logistically.

Q: Are your products made to order? 💎

A: Yes! We generally don’t stockpile products, and only produce exactly what is needed when it is needed.

Our production pipeline is extremely efficient, and so we can easily meet demand - quickly.

This is to minimise waste & our negative footprint on the environment.

It does however mean that most of our clothes are not eligible for size exchanges. So, please familiarise yourself with the size guides on product pages before placing an order. Full returns policy.

Q: Which countries do you ship to? ✈️

A: All of them, unless it’s a very new country we haven’t heard of yet!

Q: What is your returns policy? 🔙

A: We accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or defective items as long as the claim is made within 30 days. Submit a ticket here.

We do however not accept returns for size exchanges, as all our apparel is made to order. Our full returns policy can be found here.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? 🔥

A: If you reach out within a day of placing the order, there’s still a good chance we can help you make changes. Submit a ticket here.

Q: I have a discount code / a gift card. How do I use it? ✨

A: During checkout, when placing your order. There’s a field under the order summary titled “Gift or Discount Code”.

Q: What incentives do you offer for community collaborations? 💰

A: Kobold Shop proudly sponsors multiple furry fandom creators, particularly in the Twitch streaming space.

We give out partner discount codes to select content creators, with revenue share starting at 15%.

Creators who regularly bring in sales receive revenue-split increases on a monthly basis, all the way up to a maximum of 50% of net-profit.

It’s a good way for small creators to earn a little extra money on the side. Just keep in mind that merch profit margins are more on the thin side!

We’re a small company, so we can’t guarantee a partnership.

But as a fandom business we’re comitted to supporting other creators in our spaces, and helping make your passions possible. It’s what our customers have done for us, after all!
